Have you ever wondered why school's are going back earlier and earlier, every year? If so, take a look at this letter that I received back from Governor Riley. I posed the question in a letter to our Governor and he was kind enough to respond with the following advice:

If you want to take back your summer and see your kids going back to school at a more resonable date, then I kindly that you follow our Governor's advice to contact your local representatives. Thanks for listening to my rant.
